Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay in Brighton, I appreciated the hotel's strategic location, just a short stroll away from a variety of pubs and cafes, including the highly regarded Curry Leaf Cafe and Hand In Hand, both offering delightful culinary experiences. While the hotel itself provided a basic level of comfort, it lacked dining options on-site, which was notably inconvenient during my visit. I ventured into the nearby cafes for breakfast and enjoyed the local flavors, but it would have been a nice feature to enjoy a meal without leaving the hotel. The ambiance of the area was vibrant, with the bustling streets inviting exploration. Although the room was a modest size, it suited my needs for a restful sleeping space. I did find the ensuite facilities to be quite cramped, which might be challenging for taller guests, albeit manageable for a brief stay. If culinary exploration is a goal during your visit, this hotel places you near a plethora of flavors to discover, making it a suitable choice for budget travelers.
